Projects Policies _(Chapter-1)

Web Development _(C-1/H-1)

The customers are free to choose the software development project process, which suits their business requirements. Our development process is based on IEEE standards of software development. Our high quality systems are sufficient to meet your business requirements. The software development project process metamorphoses in four phases.

Inception: Queries and Proposals _(C-1/H-2)

If an inquiry is received, our software development and analysis team examines it closely. Any additional information required is collected from the customer. Then a rough estimate of the time and the cost of the project/software application is decided upon. We also submit a preliminary project plan to our customers. The preliminary project plan is prepared in such a way so as to precisely match the customer's needs and demands.

Elaboration: Definition analysis and Design _(C-1/H-3)

If the preliminary proposal is approved we pass on to the next step of the application development process. A contract is made with the customer for developing a project plan.

Construction: Detailed Design, Programming and Testing. _(C-1/H-4)

The customer and our development team together works out all the other details like Specifications, Test Plan, Test criteria etc. The programmers begin coding using the Specifications. Test cases and Test scripts are also prepared. The other aspects of the Test Plan are developed according to the given specifications for the application / project. Our programmers develop the user level and system level documentation. During this phase, the performance level of each team member is recorded. The progress of the project is reported to the customer. Suggestions for change are welcomed.

Deployment: Acceptance, Transition and Operation. _(C-1/H-5)

The system is then installed in the test mode. Defects are traced and repaired. When the customer accepts the system, it is installed in the production mode.

2. The company will be bound to complete the project in its allotted time but in case of any difficulty it can delay the project for up to 1 month.
3. Upon completion of the project, the company will be obliged to brief its client on basic features of project in full detail.
4. Upon completion of the project, the company will be obliged to provide any kind of technical support.
5. The company will be provide video lectures to support its clients.
6. Site visit will not be included in the technical support.

Client Responsibilities _(C-1/H-8)

1. Provide the pre-construction information to the company.
2. The client must provide all the data required for the development of the project in the given time.
3. The client will be responsible to pay all types of payment on time.
4. The client will be informed us before two days for arranging any meeting
5. The client will be responsible to complete all the documents so the project can be started on time
6. The client will specify the design. Or provide a design sample or a sample website.
7. The client will be responsible to arrive on time at the arranged meeting. The client will be notified 6 hours in advance in case of any delay.
8. The client will be required to provide its complete and accurate information
9. The client will be bound to attend any emergency meeting.
10. The client will come fully prepared for their project
11. During the test phase, the client will test his project in detail

We provide with agreement

Project Agreement _(C-1/H-12)

1. Our first condition is that the client should be on the government's NTN record
2. Client must be provide complete documentation of his project
3. Client must provide all graphic material like logo for his website
4. The client will have to do the data entry work himself or else he will pay us for that work.
5. If the client does not fulfill his responsibility, the project may be delayed for 1 to 4 weeks.
6. The client must pay 20% of total payment in advance at the start of his project
7. 40% of the payment is done on completion of the prototype.
8. 40% is paid only after the project is hosted.
9. If the client stops his project for any reason, the company will not be obliged to refund his advance.
10. Client provides all assistance and cooperation to Company in order to complete timely and efficiently the Web Site.
11. In the event of any failure or delay by Customer  all of Company's time frames, milestones, and/or deadlines shall be extended as necessary  and   Customer shall continue to make timely payments to Company as set forth in this Agreement and any Change Order(s) as if all time frames, schedules, or deadlines had been completed by Company.
12. The customer will pay in case of any increase in the cost of hosting, domain, hardware, software or other related things that are required for the project.
13. The customer will pay for any increase in Hosting, Domain, Hardware, software costs.
14. Company cannot guarantee the Delivery Date but will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services in an efficient and timely manner.
15. Project payment date of time will be final. In case of delay, the project may be delayed.
16. Project will be delivered to the client after all dues will be cleared.
17. In case of any changing after approval of the initial proposal, the user will be charged extra for that changing.
18. The company will be bound to complete the project in its allotted time but in case of any difficulty it can delay the project for up to 1 month.

Customer Acknowledgment. _(C-1/H-14)

Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that Company may use its own and/or may purchase third party licenses for products or services that are necessary for Company to design and develop the Web Site. Such products may include, but are not limited to server-side applications, clip art, "back-end" applications, music, stock images, or any other copyrighted work ("Outside Content") which Company deems necessary to purchase on behalf of Customer to design and develop the Web Site. Customer further acknowledges and understands that any Outside Content used to design and develop the Web Site is owned by Company and/or such third parties and cannot be transferred to Customer and is hereby specifically not transferred to Customer and shall remain the property of Company and/or such third parties. Outside Content which is owned and/or purchased by Company may be used in the design and/or development of other web sites separate from Customer.

Agreement Termination _(C-1/H-15)

1. This Agreement may be terminated by Company
2. If Customer fails to pay any fees hereunder
3. If Customer fails to cooperate with Company or hinders Company's ability to perform the Services hereunder.
4. During the 30% of Project Development completion If the agreement is terminated for any reason, the company will not be obliged to refund his advance.
5. After more then 30% completion of the project Client obliged  to pay according  the worth of the completed project.
6. After the termination of the agreement, the client will not be able to take ownership of the project.
7. Domain can be claimed after paying Domain Transfer Service Charges

Legal Affairs & Action.  _(C-1/H-16)

1. We (dbpakistan) take rights we can update our policy time to time.
2. We (dbpakistan) didn't gives permission to using our content, anyone file legal action against us with using our policy Content, 
3. Clients can't file legal case file on us "dbpakistan" with the using our policy.
